Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to strategize, design, and develop effective systems that enhance payment-related business processes. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support impactful and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Manage multiple projects by maintaining documentation, defining project scope, adjusting schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings with software and analysis teams to track progress and remove blockers
• Create and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, process flow diagrams, and UAT plans
• Design and execute test plans; support and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Prioritize tasks and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
• Provide guidance to other analysts and support implementation efforts with development teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and the ability to analyze and map business processes
• Hands-on experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Experience conducting requirement analysis sessions with technical and business teams
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI
• Knowledge of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) processes is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across departments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
