Business Analysis Process Design Team Member (Digital Factory Systems) - Contractual 1- Years

We are looking for Business Analysis & Process Design Team Member (Digital Factory Systems) for our Digital Products & Services Organization. Location is based on Kocaeli (Gölcük) with hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a business analyst in software development projects and uses Ford Otosan IT Software Development Methodologies and Processes

• Designs business processes, carrying out required functional and technical analysis based on business needs and demands

• Searches for the ways to increase productivity by reassessing business processes that affects various functions.

• Ensures coordination of business requirements and functional requirements by working closely with development teams throughout the software development process.

• Performs functional tests and responsible for user acceptance tests

• Project management in the projects for which s/he is responsible for.

Requirements:

• BSc / MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer / Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience with process design, system analysis, or project management

• Ability to work in an Agile Environment

• Strong written and verbal communication and coordination skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

• Committed to continuous technical learning and personal development of self and others

• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude

• Effective team player to collaborate with other people in different projects

• Advanced level of English

• Willing to work on international projects

Preferably:

• CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

• PSM1 (Professional Scrum Master)

• AAC (Agile Analysis Certification)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
