We’re on the lookout for a versatile Backend Developer who’s skilled in both Node.js and Laravel, and passionate about building powerful, scalable backend systems. Whether it’s architecting RESTful APIs, handling microservices, or crafting database structures – you’ll play a key role in shaping high-performance web and mobile applications.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and Laravel.
• Build secure, high-performing APIs (RESTful & GraphQL) to power web/mobile platforms.
• Design and manage efficient databases using MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Integrate with third-party services, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Implement best practices for performance, security (OAuth, JWT), and code structure (SOLID, MVC).
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and automate deployments.
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams for seamless delivery.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks or architectural challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and/or Laravel.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node) and PHP (Laravel).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and API versioning.
• Experience with authentication protocols and security practices (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).
• Familiarity with caching tools like Redis or Memcached.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and scalable architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git workflows, and CI/CD integrations.
• Solid problem-solving skills and debugging proficiency.
• Understanding of event-driven systems and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka – a plus).
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation habits.

• This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mohali, Punjab.
• You must be comfortable taking ownership and contributing to architecture-level decisions.
