At Crebos We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of complex web applications and bring ideas to life with clean code and innovative thinking. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to shape both the front-end experiences and back-end logic that power our platform. What You’ll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Laravel.
• Own the entire development lifecycle, from architecture and coding to deployment and performance optimization.
• Build optimized front-end components using React.js & Next.js, ensuring seamless, responsive user experiences.
• Develop and manage APIs & back-end services with Node.js (Express.js) & Laravel, ensuring robust, high-performing back-end solutions.
• Optimize database structures & queries, working with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Implement authentication & security best practices (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).
• Integrate third-party APIs & cloud services to enhance application functionality.
• Ensure code quality and best practices through peer reviews, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in React.js & Node.js (MERN Stack).
• 4+ years of experience in Laravel, building scalable back-end solutions.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Proficiency in state management tools like Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API architecture and GraphQL.
• Experience with database management using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) & DevOps tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with experience optimizing performance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to mentor and guide junior developers.
