✨ Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape the future of merchandise across our retail environments. This role is responsible for designing multi-category retail products and packaging that enhance the guest experience and align with our brand vision.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product concepts to life — from ideation to execution — ensuring every design is both functional and visually compelling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design a wide range of consumer products and packaging across multiple retail categories.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and inspire new product ideas.
• Translate creative briefs into innovative, guest-focused product designs.
• Create digital and print-ready artwork for production.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and visual merchandising teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Work closely with suppliers and external partners to bring designs to market.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product and packaging design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, and CAD software.
• Experience working in multi-brand retail environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
