We’re partnering with a globally recognised iGaming powerhouse that’s continuing to scale their new Dubai office as part of a major digital transformation.

With a world-class leadership team already in place, they’re now looking for a hands-on Agile Programme Manager to lead a complex, high-stakes replatforming initiative from the ground up.

This is a role for someone who thrives in dynamic, delivery-first environments — someone who can build and run a programme at the same time, working closely with technical and product leaders across multiple teams.

👇 What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading Agile delivery of complex digital programmes
• Ability to set up governance frameworks, drive RAID management, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Technical fluency — confident engaging with engineering and architecture discussions
• Experience coaching high-performing Agile teams across multiple workstreams
• ✅ Nice to have: experience delivering in the iGaming industry or other highly regulated digital environments
