The Opportunity

We’re an early-stage startup building real products with real users — and we’re ready to pull the trigger on hiring our first Senior Engineer. We’re looking for someone who’s hungry, sharp, and hands-on with the modern web. The kind of dev who’s already playing with LLMs, builds in public (or in secret on GitHub), and wants to help shape the technical foundation of a fast-moving company.

If you’re more excited by building than maintaining, more curious than cynical, and you know your way around a TypeScript codebase with your eyes closed — this might be the one.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, ship, and scale web products using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Deploy with Vercel or similar modern tools — we like speed and no-ops
• Integrate and experiment with LLMs in the product — ChatGPT, open-source models, LangChain, etc.
• Contribute to the architecture and product direction in close collaboration with the founder
• Triage, test, and debug like a pro — you're trusted to own it front-to-back
• Balance scrappy startup speed with quality code

🧠 What You Bring

• "You're Senior in Spirit" - We are looking for passion and attitude above all
• Deep curiosity and a bias for learning, shipping, and iterating
• 2–5+ years professional experience with React + TypeScript (Next.js is the sweet spot)
• Working knowledge of tools like GraphQL, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (though we won’t grill you on YAML)
• Active or visible passion for tech — a GitHub repo, a blog post, a weird side project. You like this stuff.
• You’ve played with LLMs and use them as part of your day-to-day (e.g., ChatGPT, LangChain, vector search, prompt engineering)
• Evidence of curiosity and side projects (GitHub activity, open-source contributions, tinkering)
• A strong bias toward building over theorizing

Bonus Points For

• A computer science degree or battle-tested experience that looks the same
• Previous experience at a startup or building something from scratch
• Exposure to eCommerce or personalization systems
• You’ve got opinions about dev tools but still play nice with others
• A Computer Science degree — or the GitHub to prove you didn’t need one
