Golang Developer

As a founding engineer, you will partner directly with technical leadership to design and build the company's core product. You'll have a defining role in shaping both the technology stack and engineering culture. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to help build a platform that will support some of the most complex enterprise automation tasks through AI.

• Design and implement foundational systems and infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with the technical leadership on product direction and system architecture.

• Build and iterate on the V1 version of the product.

• Set best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability.

• Contribute across the stack-frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.

• Influence early hiring decisions and mentor future team members.

• Work closely with users and customers to drive product development.
  
  

• Have 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

• Have built and shipped zero-to-one products at startups or fast-moving environments.

• Care deeply about user experience and product polish.

• Are highly collaborative and capable of working across functions.

• Thrive in ambiguity and take initiative to solve open-ended problems.

• Hold a strong technical foundation (e.g., in systems design, backend development, or infrastructure).

• Have a degree in Computer Science or a related field-or equivalent real-world experience.
  
  

• Comfortable working across the full stack, especially with modern frontend and backend tools.

• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.

• Prior experience working on AI-based or workflow automation products.

• Experience in early-stage startup environments.
