Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to support core HR functions in a fast-paced, highly regulated nuclear energy environment. This remote role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with federal regulations, supporting talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Administer HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
• Ensure compliance with NRC, DOE, and federal labor regulations
• Assist with benefits administration and employee relations issues
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance company culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in energy, engineering, or government-regulated industries
• Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS platforms and remote communication tools
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
