Our client are seeking a passionate and results-oriented HR Generalist to join our vibrant team of 6 in west Dublin. You'll be a key player in supporting their mission to empower young people across Ireland. - Key Responsibilities:Be the go-to HR expert: Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees on all HR matters.
- Streamline HR processes: Efficiently manage employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, terminations, and leave of absence.
- Partner with Finance: Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Champion employee well-being: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies that support employee growth and engagement.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Stay informed of and ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation.
- Leverage data to drive decisions: Analyze HR data to identify trends, make informed recommendations, and improve HR effectiveness.
- Contribute to impactful HR projects: Play an active role in exciting HR initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals.
What You Bring:
- A passion for HR: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
- Proven experience: Minimum of two years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- A driver's license is essential: You'll need to be able to travel to different locations.
- A collaborative spirit: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
- A data-driven approach: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- A commitment to continuous learning: Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Bonus Points:Experience with payroll administration
- CIPD qualification
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector
Salary:
€40,000 - €50,000 plus benefits including 30 days annual leave
