Network Support Engineer

We’re partnering with a high-growth MSP in Sligo looking for a Level 1 Network Support Engineer ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into real Cisco and Juniper environments from day one. This is a perfect launchpad if you’re looking to build a serious career in networking while keeping your evenings and weekends free.

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing first-line support across a variety of customer networks
• Working directly with Cisco and Juniper kit in a real-world MSP setting
• Troubleshooting and resolving connectivity, configuration, and performance issues
• Collaborating with senior engineers on escalations and project work
• Developing your skill set with certifications fully funded by the company

💡 You’ll Be a Good Fit If You:

• Have some hands-on exposure to Cisco or Juniper (home lab counts!)
• Are working in or keen to move into an MSP environment
• Bring strong troubleshooting instincts and a love of learning
• Have some familiarity with either Linux or Windows – both are a bonus
• Want to get certified – and get it paid for

🧰 Tech You’ll Touch:

• Cisco and Juniper switching/routing
• Layer 1/2/3 network troubleshooting
• Ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and real-world customer environments
• Linux or Windows (not essential, but nice to have)
