Job Description
- Analyze healthcare and insurance-related datasets to identify trends, improve risk models, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from relational databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Leverage Python (with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib) for data cleaning, analysis, automation, and advanced statistical modeling.
- Collaborate with internal teams-such as underwriting, claims, and customer service-to define analytical requirements and deliver tailored insights.
- Work closely with data engineers and IT to ensure high-quality data infrastructure and pipeline integrity.
- Continuously improve data processes and analytical methodologies to increase efficiency and insight quality.
