Sales Tax compliance is hard. Yonda is on a mission to make Sales Tax compliance easy for e-commerce and digital service businesses. We like our customers to focus on their core business while we handle their tax in a touch-less, automated fashion. 

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating Yonda’s cloud infrastructure, implementing deployment pipelines and improving the developer experience for Yonda’s engineering team. 

Your mission

• Build and setup cloud network infrastructure (private links, private networks, VPNs etc.)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines
• Design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health including automation and dashboard initiatives to improve engineering team efficiency
• Work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Build and setup new development tools and environments using infrastructure as code

Your profile

• Experience in building and operating large-scale applications in production 
• Deep knowledge in relevant AWS services and Kubernetes 
• Experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams. 
• Effective teamwork, collaboration and communication skills.

Where you'll be

We are a hybrid distributed workforce. We’re happy to work with you remotely if you are close to a European time zone (No greater than GMT +3). We also have offices in London if you prefer to be on site.
