🔍 About You

You bring experience that sets the stage for success and an eagerness to build on it:

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Technical Business Analyst, particularly in technology, consulting, or AI and ML-focused environments
• Confident facilitating Agile ceremonies and working closely with cross-functional teams in a Scrum delivery model
• Skilled in translating complex business needs into structured and actionable product requirements
• Comfortable engaging with both clients and developers, and fluent in the language of data science, machine learning, and cloud technology
• Experience working with Japanese clients or within cross-cultural teams is highly valued
• Exposure to tools such as MLOps, cloud platforms or DevOps practices is advantageous
• Additional experience in scaled Agile environments such as SAFe, LeSS or Nexus is a bonus

📍 The Role Setup

• Location: Remote in Romania, with monthly F2F catch up with the rest of the team
• Global Collaboration: Occasional off-hours to align with international project timelines
• Reporting Line: You will report to the Head of Product and collaborate closely with delivery leadership and technical teams
