We're seeking a Chief Technology Officer & Digital Principal to lead strategic technology engagements for our clients. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, client advisory skills, and proven leadership in delivering transformative digital solutions. You'll drive technology vision, architect complex systems, and build high-performing teams, ensuring tangible business value for our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Strategic Client Engagement: Partner with C-level clients to define and execute digital transformation roadmaps, translating complex business challenges into clear, value-driven technology strategies.
• Full-Stack Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of distributed, mission-critical enterprise applications, demonstrating expertise across Business, Technology, Enablement, and Foundation platforms.
• Value Realization: Conduct ROI and benefits analysis for proposed solutions, aligning technology initiatives with demonstrable business impact.
• Advanced Tech Acumen: Provide architectural leadership in AI (LLMs, RAG, agentic apps), high-volume data pipelines, and sophisticated data visualization.
• Cloud Transformation: Spearhead cloud-native development and public cloud migration strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP), emphasizing secure and optimized architectures.
• Organizational Leadership: Proven success leading and mentoring large architecture organizations (20+ architects) within a service delivery model.
• Thought Leadership: Demonstrated contribution to industry knowledge through published white papers, patents, or intellectual property.
• Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts and influence C-suite stakeholders through presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Security-First Design: Champion and implement security-aware design practices across enterprise application development.
