Join our founding engineering team in Eindhoven to scale our AI infrastructure platform across Europe. Build and maintain infrastructure powering AI workloads for European SMEs with 99.9% uptime and EU compliance.

Work Style: Hybrid or on Location from our Eindhoven office

• Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters for multi-tenant AI workloads

• Manage GPU-optimized infrastructure for ML training and inference

• Implement GDPR-compliant infrastructure with EU data residency

• Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm)

• Ensure AI Act compliance and ISO 27001 security standards

• Develop monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana) and auto-scaling solutions

• 5+ years DevOps/Platform Engineering experience

• Expert Kubernetes administration and Linux systems

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)

• Multi-cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• GPU cluster management and ML pipeline orchestration

• European data regulations (GDPR, AI Act) knowledge

• CI/CD platforms and monitoring stack experience

Compensation 

• €70,000 - €90,000 salary + 0.25% - 0.75% equity
