Job Title: Network Engineer – IP Core & MPLS

Location: TCS Warsaw, Poland

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with deep expertise in IP Core and MPLS technologies to support critical infrastructure design and implementation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both high-level architectural strategy and hands-on technical execution. This is a short-term, high-impact engagement requiring leadership, precision, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect robust IP Core and MPLS network solutions.
• Lead strategic planning sessions and convert them into actionable, detailed designs.
• Implement network solutions and provide hands-on technical leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in IP Core and MPLS domains.
• Proven track record of strategic network planning and architecture.
• Strong experience in network protocols, routing, and switching (BGP, OSPF, LDP, RSVP, etc.).
• Comfort and fluency in hands-on implementation and configuration.
• Deep understanding of network security, capacity planning, and fault tolerance.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with service provider-grade networks.
• Knowledge of SDN, automation, or orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with network performance tuning and monitoring tools.
