Role: Data Analyst GenAI Coding Assistant
Location: Krakow(Hybrid)

Primary Skills: Understanding of GenAI architectures (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). DEPL (Deployment Lifecycle), and DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) metrics.
Responsibility:
- Review the existing GenAI CA Productivity Analysis PoC and enhance and develop future roadmap and delivery strategy
- Identify specific use cases and technical patterns where GenAI CAs is most influential
- Identify the key challenges headwinds and accelerators best practices for adoption of GenAI CAs
- Input to a data science strategy for measuring GenAI CAs benefits with the GenAI CAs programme manager
- Understand Customer’s SDLC DEPL DORA metrics data gathering analysis and interpretation
- Collaborate closely with Customers data analysts and scientists to refine analytical models and methodologies
- Help define a delivery strategy and phased plan clear objectives scope and operational implementation of MVPs
Work with the programme manager to
- Explain the actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- From the insights working with the delivery teams you will give key inputs to develop and implement subprojects actions that will improve the benefits that developers can achieve using GenAI CAs
ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Track record of developing knowledge acquisition knowledge transfer communities of interest processes and content
- Proven ability to deliver globally across matrixbased organisations
- Strong Influential communication and interpersonal skills able to operate well across cultures and in multicultural diverse work environment
- Proficiency in verbal and written English especially proficient in email communication ppts and in occasionally rewriting English content when written by a nonnative speaker
- Willing to learn explore and implement new and emerging technologies
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and pressure
- Proven experience in data analysis particular in software development context
- Strong understanding of SDLC Deployment and DORA metrics and their relevance to developer productivity
- Experience in translating data analysis into actionable business or operational insights
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies specifically coding assistant like GitHub Copilot
- Exposure to data Analytics and processing using Python RSQLJupyter notebook or similar toolkits
- Deep understanding of data modelling
- Exposure to Machine Learning Libraries eg. Scikit learn XG boost Keras Pytorch or similar
