Role Description

• Design, develop, and maintain growth-focused features and experiments
• Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement A/B tests and optimize user onboarding flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth strategies
• Contribute to the development of our core platform and AI-powered tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on growth or product development
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go)
• Experience with web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js)
• Strong understanding of data analysis and experimentation techniques
• Previous experience at a High-growth start-up (Series A-D)
