DevOps Engineer - Trading Platform - Dubai


A growing FinTech in Dubai is seeking a new DevOps Engineer to support the development and maintenance of their Social Trading Platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with software engineers to design and implement scalable systems
  • Support the trading platform by troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Implement and maintain monitoring systems
  • Monitor system performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization
  • Develop technical documentation


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an SRE function
  • Strong experience working on Linux/Unix
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals
  • Experience with monitoring/alerting systems (i.e., Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios)
  • Experience with containerization tools (i.e., Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with GCP
  • Experience with SQL or other relational database tools (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with Python, Java, or Go (nice-to-have)
