About The Role
Join DNV Publishing House – shape the future of technical publishing
The DNV Publishing House plays a vital role in supporting all business areas across the DNV organization. We develop and maintain rules and standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence in document processing and publishing.
We are looking for a Document Production Manager to lead our document production team and oversee the end-to-end publication process. This is a key role in strengthening DNV’s digital presence and enhancing the quality of our technical documentation. You’ll work with advanced systems and contribute to the development of innovative tools and services.
You’ll join a dedicated team of six professionals managing a portfolio of around 1,000 documents that support a wide range of technologies and industries.

Experience & Qualifications
- - Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- - Experience in content or data management.
- - Higher education, preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- - Familiarity with class systematics and service document structures.
- - Proven experience as a line manager or team leader.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and tech-savvy, with a passion for leveraging new tools and technologies.
- Highly organized and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
- Quality-focused and results-driven.
- Service-minded, trustworthy, and dependable.
