Agile Coach

We are seeking an Agile Coach who can empower teams and stakeholders to embrace Agile methodologies, driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Serving as both a Scrum Master (for up to three teams) and a strategic advisor, you’ll remove impediments, optimize tools (Jira/Confluence), and foster a culture of accountability. Your expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile will help tailor frameworks to organizational needs while ensuring measurable progress through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum/Kanban principles
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for up to three Agile teams, fostering self-organization and accountability
• Proactively identify and eliminate blockers to maximize team productivity and delivery efficiency
• Configure and maintain Jira (task flows, dashboards, plugins) and Confluence to streamline workflows and knowledge sharing
• Act as a bridge between teams and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, metrics, and progress toward Agile adoption
• Assist teams in estimating work, managing backlogs, and improving predictability through data-driven insights
• Oversee documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and continuous learning to sustain team performance
• Track and communicate key Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, etc.) to stakeholders for transparency and improvement
  
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record in scaling Agile practices across teams or organizations
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile frameworks, with the ability to tailor approaches based on team needs
• Advanced Jira & Confluence skills (configuration, workflows, reporting) and familiarity with Agile metrics tools
• Strong ability to mentor teams, facilitate conflict resolution, and drive Agile maturity
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
• Adept at identifying risks, removing impediments, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset
