Position: Network Engineer

Location: Remote Work (Location will be remote and requires travel around 50% which will be reimbursable.)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay rate @ $50/hr on C2C

Please find the key points which we need to consider while shortlisting profiles..

Should have experience in Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure.

Should have more than 6 years hands on experience of MDF and IDF implementation

should have hands-on experience in UPS installation and cable management

Should be available for travel (up to 50%) for project pre-work, implementations, and oversight, and participate in on-call coverage responsibilities.

Candidate with 6-8 years of experience and worked on network environment which includes Cisco Routers & switches.

CCNA/CCNP; CCIP will be added Advantage

Knowledge on MPLS , BGP, EIGRP, OSPF.

Ready to work on different technologies

Excellent on verbal and written English communication

Excellent Customer handling skills

Candidate should be open for 24*7 environments.

Job Description

Problem Management on- Routing, Switching, Firewalls , VPN , Nortel Contivity etc.

Escalation Handling

Customer Handling and Status update.

Interaction and coordination with Client's Technical teams.

Root cause Analysis.

Process definition and design.

Manage an offshore team

Report generation
