As a Maintenance Training Instructor Level 4, you will be responsible to develop and deliver Theoretical training courses for Aircraft maintenance personnel under QCAR/EASA Part 147 approval schedules. This includes development of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training materials, conducting both theoretical and examinations, and evaluating trainee performance.

As a Maintenance Training Instructor Level 4, you will be responsible to develop and deliver Theoretical training courses for Aircraft maintenance personnel under QCAR/EASA Part 147 approval schedules. This includes development of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training materials, conducting both theoretical and examinations, and evaluating trainee performance.
Specific Responsibilities For The Role Include
- Develop and deliver EASA/QCAR Part 147 Theoretical Training courses as per regulatory requirements in developing necessary knowledge required for maintenance staff.
- Responsible for analyzing, developing, implementing and evaluating new and existing training courses.
- Prepare training material including presentations and handouts for course attendees.
- Perform duties as Practical Training Instructor/Assessor when performing practical training on Maintenance Simulation Training Devices (MSTD).
- Participate in preparation of examination question development and validation and perform as an examiner in conducting examinations.
- Develop and deliver technical and specialized training courses to support training requirement of Part 145 Maintenance Repair Organization and Part CAMO Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization.
- Complete and sign off on all course documents, working alongside with the training administrator to ensure these are correctly recorded.
- Attend training courses as necessary for self-development and to keep up to date with new training requirements.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Degree (B.Eng., BSc) in Aeronautical Engineering, holds ICAO/QCAA/EASA License and holds at least 2 Aircraft types Authorizations on aircraft fleet operated by the Qatar Airways.
- Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
- EASA Part 147 Certificate of Recognition issued for the type training successfully completed on the relevant A/C(s) for Theoretical and Practical elements.
- Knowledge about regulatory requirements for technical training (QCAR/EASA Part 145/147/66).
- Proof of training on specific instructional methods and training devices (ACT/DTS).
- Competent in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Be able to demonstrate adequate English Language proficiency be at a minimum of equivalent to the B1 level as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for language (CEFR)
