- Handle import/export documentation assigned by the supervisor.
- Prepare the export documentation as per the PO, or L/C requirement accurately and tidy manner, or process
- Ensure to enter all shipment KPIs entry in the operating systems and client’s SAP system, per pre-set matrix.
- Complete the task on time, and preferably ahead of time.
- Job closing.
- Report any exception during the document preparation process to the Supervisor.
- Timely upload the required documents into the in-house Document Management System (DMS).
