Responsibilities
- Facilitate CRM deal approvals to streamline business processes
- Conduct PnL simulations to assist in financial decision-making

- 3+ years of experience as a Project Administrator
- Familiarity with EPAM tools and processes, with at least 1 year of experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as collaboration platforms like Outlook and Teams
- Strong command of verbal and written English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher
- Practical knowledge of various contract types to support business operations effectively
- Capability to discern urgency and importance to balance workload efficiently
- A proactive, 'can do' attitude for tackling tasks beyond the direct remit of the role when necessary to ensure deliverables
- Ability to keep management informed regarding key operational processes and metrics
- Self-organization, attention to detail, and cooperative team-oriented professionalism
