I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for women located in Brazil for a Scrum Master to work on an international project.

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support development squads in our operation. Our main goal is to implement the SAFe framework of a sensor technology firm dedicated to optimizing retail and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for .

Responsabilities:

- Facilitate agile rites, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.

- Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in identifying and implementing solutions.

- Collaborate with the client's Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

- Monitor the team's progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting.

- Train and mentor teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

- Act as a liaison between the team and the client's stakeholders.

- Contribute to the creation of a healthy and productive work environment.
