Job Description:

A Project Manager for the Professional Services team oversees the entire Pipefy’s implementation project lifecycle, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. This person is responsible for risk management, timeline management, and clear communication with internal teams, partners and customers.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and scoping to delivery and post-implementation review. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are effectively allocated and timelines are met.
  • Product Knowledge & Troubleshooting: Leverage a deep understanding of the company’s product to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation. Act as a point of escalation for any technical concerns that arise during the project.
  • Risk Management: Create and execute mitigation plans to address and minimize risks throughout the project. Proactively identify potential obstacles and take steps to avoid them before they impact the project timeline.
  • Customer & Internal Communication: Establish a clear escalation process to address critical issues promptly and ensure alignment with stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to both internal teams and customer stakeholders at all levels—including frontline leaders, managers, directors, and executives. Ensure transparency by providing timely, structured updates to manage expectations and drive issue resolution.
  • Objection Handling & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or objections that arise during the implementation phase, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction. Work collaboratively with teams to find solutions to complex problems.


Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from kickoff to post-implementation review.
  • Experience with project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Teamwork, MS Project).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate across teams.
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of the company’s product and features.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and working with product/engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand how product configurations affect client outcomes.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Experience creating and executing mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Comfort handling unexpected obstacles and applying structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to different audiences (technical teams, clients, executives).
  • Experience leading client meetings, status updates, and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to create clear escalation paths and manage expectations transparently.
  • Empathy and customer-centric mindset to manage objections professionally.
  • Ability to navigate complex client dynamics, handle escalations, and drive resolution collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
