Junior Operations Analyst (80-100%)

STS Digital is a fast-growing trading firm specialised in OTC and algorithmic market making across digital assets. Headquartered in Switzerland, we operate globally and are now strengthening our trading operations team locally to support continued growth and evolving operational needs.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with an interest in financial markets and a desire to develop hands-on experience in operational processes and trade support. You will contribute to the smooth execution of post-trade activities and help maintain the accuracy and efficiency of daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, risk, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth and accurate execution of daily operational workflows.
• Accurately record and reconcile trades across internal systems, maintaining a consistent booking process.
• Review and process customer requests, including fund withdrawals, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and timely execution.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts, including data entry, system configuration, and clear communication to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Coordinate with the trading team to monitor and manage collateral balances across counterparties and platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance process accuracy, and support the implementation of operational best practices.

Expected Qualifications:

• Strong educational background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and organizational skills.
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English (C1); additional
• Effective communicator and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite; familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Interest in financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and operational processes.
