Additional information
• This role is Temporary, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight until November 2026.
• The location for the role is Service Office, Tempe NSW, where hybrid working including a minimum of 3 days in the Service Office is required.

ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
As People & Culture Generalist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Business partnering with the various functional and senior leadership teams within the Service Office to develop and drive the people agenda to support the Country business objectives.
• Executing all operational People tasks related to human resources within your portfolio of functions to deliver an excellent co-worker experience, including recruitment, employment relations, learning and development, succession planning, workers compensation, performance management and people analytics.
• Securing engagement and retention by understanding the conditions of our co-workers and working on bridging the gaps.
• Supporting the building of individual and team competence & performance working with relevant People goals.
• Ensuring and executing delivery of learning & training at the country level.
• Implementing a co-worker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with co-workers, including performance management, and ensures that all areas in the unit work with the labour relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws.
As People & Culture Generalist you are:
• Passionate about people and unlocking their potential to contribute to business results.
• A highly experienced HR generalist with a keen eye for detail, comfortable working across the full range of HR topics.
• Enjoy working in a vibrant and changing environment and have an appreciation of the mix of strategic, operational and administrative tasks.
• Highly developed communication skills with the ability to lead, develop and influence others; strong coaching and mentoring techniques that support your genuine interest in people.
• Proven ability to be able to build and strengthen key relationships to compliment and support our collaborative and inclusive culture.
• An advocate of change and transformation, with an ability to compliment communication channels through the development of tailored People plans with a down-to-earth yet strategic approach to growing the business.
• A degree in human resources and/or proven experience as a human resource generalist, you are looking to take your next step to grow your career!
