Business Analyst

At Randstad Digital, we are looking for a Business Analyst with technical knowledge of ServiceNow to join a leading multinational company.

Contract Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday) – Permanent – Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings and workshops with users to understand their needs.
• Define solutions in collaboration with the architecture and product teams.
• Present ideas and ServiceNow modules to stakeholders.
• Document requirements, user stories, and functional solutions.
• Write clear user stories for the technical team to implement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (experience with ServiceNow is a strong plus).
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Technical knowledge of ServiceNow and its modules.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong skills in meetings facilitation, requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
