Scrum Master / Agile Coach (m/w/d)

As a Scrum Master/Agile Coach at YouGov Shopper, you will support two software development teams. These teams are part of a larger network of 15 development teams driving the development of YouGov Shopper through coordinated Program Increments (PIs).

You serve as a reliable point of contact for the development teams, enabling them to work efficiently by creating the necessary space and support. At the same time, you act as an interface between the Product Owner and Product Manager of each team, fostering a strong culture of communication across different roles.

Additionally, you support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in planning and executing PI Plannings and coordination meetings that take place during the PI.

As an experienced Scrum Master, you have already guided several teams to success in various corporate environments.

You are well-versed in coaching agile teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFE, Kanban).

Your communication style is clear, open, and respectful. Your positive attitude and professionalism inspire not only your team but also customers and stakeholders.

You enjoy working in a cross-functional environment and find it easy to engage with different functions and levels of hierarchy within the organization

Requirement:

3-5 years of Scrum experience

Bachelor in Technical Education

Germany and English required

Working Mode - Office based (2 days – office and 3 days - WFH)
