IT Auditor

GET READY TO:

• Deliver independent and high-quality audits of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity controls. Identify vulnerabilities.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports, provide consistent opinion, recommend actionable improvements, and present results to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor the fulfilment of audit recommendations.
• Take an active role in the audit risk assessment and planning process, fully contributing towards the development of the audit plan.
• Collaborate and support other auditors in audits, where IT risk is integral part of the process.
• Actively explore methods to leverage data for enhancing internal audit understanding of risks, evaluating controls, and delivering valuable insights to the business.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Higher education in IT, Information Security, Business Management Systems, or related topic.
• Proven experience in IT auditing, or IT risk management (ideally in banking or financial services), ability to understand and interpret regulatory requirements in ICT risk area.
• Ability to work independently, analytical, critical and problem-solving mindset.
• Subject matter expertise in information security best practices, risk and compliance concepts.
• A desire to keep learning extending your skills and pushing the boundaries of your knowledge.
• Fluent Latvian and English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level.
• Professional certification (CISA, ITIL or similar) are a strong advantage.
