An organization is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer for its Pan-Baltic financial strategy and governance. This strategic role will be responsible for leading financial management across the Baltic countries, driving efficiency, transparency, and scalable processes in a multi-country setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a trusted business partner to the CEO and leadership team, delivering financial insights that drive informed decisions and improve overall performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to enhance business planning, transparency, and accountability.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a finance team, fostering their professional development and ensuring they contribute at a strategic level.
- Maintain rigorous standards of accuracy and compliance for all financial statements, upholding IFRS, tax, and corporate governance requirements.
- Assess financial results to identify risks and opportunities, and propose actionable, data-driven strategies for sustainable growth.
- Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and risk management practices to support sound decision-making and protect company assets.
- Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with business objectives, and encourage continuous improvement by challenging existing processes.
We expect you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years’ progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- In-depth expertise in financial planning, modeling, and corporate governance practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Uncompromising integrity, transparency, and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
