ASSOCIATE PROJECT EXECUTION MANAGER (F/M/D) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Supporting project planning and coordination alongside the Project Manager, including specific sub-topics and delegated responsibilities
• Leading minor CAPEX procurements (excluding main works), negotiating costs, schedules, and scope in coordination with the Project Manager
• Supporting the Project Manager in major CAPEX procurements and acting as deputy during their absence
• Managing smaller project sub-teams and effectively delegating responsibilities across the project team
• Monitoring project progress, identifying roadblocks, and supporting claims, change requests, and variation processes
• Overseeing documentation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and project timelines
• Collaborating with internal experts (engineers, lawyers, environmental & permitting specialists, etc.) to ensure optimal outcomes and risk mitigation
• Assisting in project handover and closure processes to ensure smooth transitions and finalization.
  
  
  

Required for this position:

• Higher education in Construction, Engineering, or Energy
• At least 2 years of project management and construction experience in the energy sector
• Managed at least one energy project through planning or construction phase
• General knowledge of project management and renewable energy technologies
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages
• High level of professionalism, adaptability, and proactive mindset
• B category driving license.

Salary range for this position group: is 3594 to 5390 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
