Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Fund Distribution (Python Expertise):

• Identify and translate business needs into clear, detailed, and adapted requirements for IT developers (business analysts), including calculations, reports, and payments.
• Monitor projects, set up and lead cross-functional meetings, and produce tracking documents.
• Writing specifications and business requirement documents
• Coordinate activities across internal teams (such as operations, finance, and client services).
• Assist in the calculation of commissions (upfront and ongoing) on structured products (EMTN), private assets, and real estate (SCPI and SCI in UC).

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Fund Distribution (Python Expertise)?

• Excellent command of Python programming, with the ability to read and understand existing Python code.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and requirement-writing skills, with proven experience as a Business Analyst & in Project Management.
• Knowledge of the investment fund industry, especially private assets, real estate, and structured products.
• Ability to project and follow a strategy that is client-oriented and operationally simple to implement.
• Fluent in French and good command of English.
