After having successfully closed our first investment, we are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team and build the future of Mavisoft together.

What You’ll Be Building

You’ll be joining our core product team to build the future of one of the most ambitious AI platforms in infrastructure and spatial intelligence. This is not just about features, it’s about shaping the foundation of something built to last.

You’ll work across the full stack to bring AI insights to life in a powerful, interactive web environment. From dynamic interfaces to complex service orchestration, you’ll help us push the limits of what’s possible in modern web application design; balancing performance, usability, and scale.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with deep architectural influence. You’ll collaborate closely with our technical lead, and have the space and trust to ship boldly, improve relentlessly, and grow fast.

Your Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Designed and implemented responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Back-End Integration: Connected front-end applications to scalable backend microservices, leveraging Python, gRPC, PostgreSQL, and PostGIS to enable efficient data flow and geospatial data handling.
• Microservices & Deployment: Architected and deployed microservices using Docker, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and ease of integration across services.
• Integrate live AI inference modules and geospatial data streams
• Collaborate directly with our AI and product teams to design user-centric, high-performance features
• Refactor, optimize, and expand the microservice-based architecture
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with Git best practices

The Skills We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience (or serious side projects) in full-stack development
• Strong frontend experience (React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, TypeScript)
• Solid backend experience (Python, gRPC)
• Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and microservice containerized environments (Docker)
• Curiosity for geospatial systems, 3D graphics, or computer vision applications
• A proactive and executive mindset; you don’t wait to be told what to do, you ask what’s possible
• Sufficient working proficiency with regards to written and spoken English, and strong collaboration skills

Bonus Points For

• Experience with 3D/web graphics (Three.js, React Map GL, WebGL, Potree, Cesium, or Mapbox)
• DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, testing, deployment pipelines)
• Interest in digital twins, photogrammetry, or drone imaging
• Previous work in AI startups or inspection-focused platforms
• Residing near Rotterdam (we love having people at the office)
• Speaks Dutch (Most of us don’t!)
