Primary Functions And Tasks

• Execute user interface designs from product requirements and UI specifications
• Develop component UI architectures, providing reusable UI elements
• Apply design principles and user experience to implement high-fidelity Mock-ups as well as interaction flows
• Collaborate with back-end developers to develop a scalable, standardized and flexible UI architecture
• Investigate and address possible issues in the UI
• Bug fixing
• Provide expertise and mentoring for user interface design and testing to project teams
• Adapting the interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies
• Making complex technical and design decisions for Frontend projects
• Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support
• Perform code reviews and enforce code quality standards and best practices
• Maintain thorough documentation of frontend codebases and components
• Communicate complex technical ideas and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribution to defining coding standards and frontend architecture
• Mentoring/coaching experience for junior team members
• Contribute to defining architecture and long-term frontend strategies
• Lead by example and support the development of team best practices
  
  

We are looking for: 

• 5+ years of Frontend Development experience with Angular 4+
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
• Writing cross-browser compatible code
• Proven experience on working with REST API Design
• Write and maintain unit tests using JEST or similar tools
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture and state management
• Skill for writing reusable components
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Version Control – GIT
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
• The capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Awareness of security best practices in frontend (XSS, CSRF mitigation, etc.)

• Experience with Agile, Scrum
• Microsoft Azure environment experience
• Mobile-first UI implementation
• Experience with Angular 17+ and new features of higher versions
• Ability to follow Figma (or similar tools) designs provided by the UI/UX person and implement them according to specifications
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), performance optimization
• Experience with NgRx or other state management libraries
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture or mono-repo strategies
• Experience with E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress)
