As part of our Design System team it is essential to communicate and collaborate with other teams, therefore, we are looking for team members who not only enjoy the technical work, but also enjoy collaboration with other teams to build great solutions. This role presents an opportunity to join a high-performing team, become involved in global integrations and thrive within an autonomous environment.

As an iOS Design System Engineer in the Design System team at Arrive you will face all aspects of serving the needs of engineers at Arrive. Ultimately, we want to provide our engineers with the very latest and best UI components for building native iOS user interfaces, in order for them to create a world-class experience for our customers.

Today, our Design System team consists of one product manager, one product designer, one web developer, and one Android developer. The team provides support to 400+ engineers and 80+ product teams across the entire organization. Our design system is in a mature state thanks to the team's efforts to continuously increase adoption. With this role we aim to take the design system to the next level.

Your daily responsibilities

• Together with a strong and supportive team you will plan and build new native iOS components and work to enhance existing components as part of a global organization with teams situated all over the world.
• Deliver technical enhancements according to the team mission and overarching goals of the company.
• Be a leader in driving adoption of your team’s components across the engineering community while constantly seeking ways to improve those components and delight our customers.
• Be part of an autonomous and empowered team working following product driven development.
• Take shared responsibility for the team goals and product quality.
  
  

We need you to have

• Strong experience with Xcode and SwiftUI.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and React Native.
• A keen interest and experience with Design Systems, UI infrastructure, and tooling.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and experience with GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of iOS accessibility guidelines and the ability to identify issues.
• A strong interest in learning new and evolving technologies.
  
  

It would be great if you have experience with Figma.

Mid:16 000 - 20 000 PLN gross/ month on the Employment Agreement (UoP)

Senior: 19 000 - 22 000 PLN gross/ month on the Employment Agreement (UoP)
