Job Description

We are seeking a creative and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the visual design standards and style guides for consistency.
• Implement design improvements based on data-driven analysis and user feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and design reviews to solicit constructive feedback.
• Analyze user data to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
• Create intuitive and visually appealing navigation and interactive elements.
• Ensure designs align with brand identity and meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on providing exceptional visual design.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate design decisions and concepts.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
