Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in AI and ML integration to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing advanced AI/ML features into our CRM application, enhancing its capabilities for a data-driven and personalized customer experience. You will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to create scalable solutions, leveraging .NET Core for back-end development and Angular for front-end functionality, hosted on Microsoft Azure. Some remote work is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

Generative AI Integration: Lead the integration of generative AI features within our CRM platform, using frameworks like AutoGen or CrewAI to support the creation of AI Agent frameworks.

AI/ML Service Implementation: Deploy and implement Azure AI/ML services, including Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, and RAG models, to enhance the intelligence and capabilities of our CRM system.

AI Initiative Coordination: Work closely with customers to coordinate AI projects, including gathering and preparing training data, defining testing protocols, and managing feedback on results.

Customer Interaction and Support: Provide technical guidance to customers on AI integration, support training for new AI features, and assist in troubleshooting or fine-tuning based on testing results and customer feedback.
