As a Creative Specialist:
You will collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team and developers to produce high-quality short-form videos, animations, digital ads, and other multimedia content. You'll ensure that all creative assets, particularly video, are aligned with our brand guidelines to deliver a consistent look and feel across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Create, edit, and optimize short-form video content for ads, social media, and landing pages, with a focus on storytelling and brand engagement
- Storyboarding & Pre-Production: Assist in storyboarding, script planning, and concept creation to ensure cohesive and effective video narratives
- Video Editing: Edit video content for various platforms using industry-standard tools, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound synchronization
- Graphic Design Support: Continue to design custom visuals, infographics, and images for blogs, marketing materials, and social media, in alignment with the brand's visual identity
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop simple motion graphics and animations to enhance video content, improving overall engagement
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, developers, and stakeholders, to produce videos that improve conversions and resonate with the target audience
- Maintain Consistency: Ensure all videos and designs maintain brand consistency across channels
- Participate in Brainstorming: Contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns, focusing on video-first strategies that support marketing goals
Must-Haves:
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in video production, video editing, graphic design, or a similar role. Prior experience with video content creation is essential
- Language Requirement: All work is conducted in English, so a C1+ proficiency is expected.
- Applications must be submitted in English; otherwise, they will be automatically discarded
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in industry-standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve alongside graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and Figma
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing video production (short-form video content, ads) and graphic design work. Candidates must highlight video editing skills, motion graphics, and graphic design experience
- Video Skills: Expertise in video production, including storyboarding, script writing, video editing, and post-production techniques (color grading, sound editing, transitions)
- Attention to Detail: Strong creative abilities with a focus on delivering visually engaging video and graphic content
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with various departments and stakeholders, taking feedback and incorporating it into revisions efficiently
Nice-to-Haves:
- Web Development Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for embedding video content into landing pages or websites
- Optimization Skills: Familiarity with A/B testing for optimizing video and graphic assets to improve performance
- UX/UI Knowledge: An understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to ensure video content enhances overall user interaction
- Marketing Insight: Knowledge of marketing funnels, video user journeys, and conversion rate optimization
- Video Platforms: Experience working with video platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, and social media tools for distributing and optimizing video content
- AI Experience: Working knowledge or experience with AI tools and their application in video and graphic design workflows, such as AI-driven editing, automation, or enhancing creativity through AI-powered platforms
- Interactive/Educational Videos: Experience in creating interactive videos or educational content, with a focus on producing engaging materials for instructional or learning purposes
