- Discovery & Requirements Analysis
- Work with sales and prospects to deep-dive into their IT infrastructure needs: servers, networking, security, compliance, and scalability.
- Solution Design & Technical Proposals
- Craft architectural proposals that map customer needs to technical solutions.
- Produce diagrams, whiteboards, and detailed design documents showcasing infrastructure design.
- Demos & Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Build and present demos to showcase value—customized to the prospect’s environment.
- Lead POCs that validate performance, compatibility, and integration.
- RFP/RFI Response Support
- Research, write, and refine technical responses to RFPs; coordinate with marketing and product teams for accuracy and messaging impact.
- Internal Collaboration
- Liaise across product, engineering, IT, security, and compliance teams to clarify feasibility and gather feedback.
- Customer Advocacy & Feedback
- Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring product and roadmap consideration of real-world demands.
- Feed customer insights back to product teams
- Solution Handover
- Provide documentation, architectures, and runbooks to project and implementation teams when a deal closes.
