Job Position Title: Director_Smart Utilities_Utility Transformation_Advisory_Mumbai

Responsibilities: As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders in the power and utilities sector in India.
• Advise on digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of emerging technologies such as smart grids, IoT, AI, and blockchain.
• Lead the development of comprehensive technology strategies that align with clients' business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee multiple consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Guide project teams in analyzing data, developing insights, and crafting actionable recommendations.
• Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting the power and utilities sector.
• Provide thought leadership and publish insights related to technology strategies in the industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the power and utilities sector.
• Prepare proposals and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the firm’s expertise and value proposition.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Ensure continuous learning and professional development opportunities for the team.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with client executives and stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively.

This is a leadership role for individuals who have experience working in the Power & Utilities sector in India and / or globally – ideally 12-15 years.

Educational Qualification
