We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support and enable software delivery teams in improving agility, driving behavioral change, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.

• You will work across teams and leadership to promote Agile principles, optimize delivery processes, and support high-performing, adaptive teams through coaching, mentoring, and facilitation.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Team Enablement & Delivery Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve delivery effectiveness, remove impediments, and guide the adoption of Agile best practices.
• Behavioral Change Facilitation: Promote Agile values and mindset shifts by coaching teams and stakeholders through collaboration, emotional intelligence, and adaptive thinking. Encourage experimentation and feedback-driven learning.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of opportunity for improvement within and beyond teams.
• Psychological Safety & Team Culture: Cultivate a psychologically safe environment that fosters open communication, creativity, and healthy conflict resolution.
