We are seeking an experienced and interdisciplinary Data Scientist to evaluate and optimize virtual screening pipelines in support of computational drug discovery.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, statistics, and computational sciences, with demonstrated experience leading complex scientific initiatives across multiple teams.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize virtual screening pipelines for scientific accuracy and effectiveness.
• Align computational approaches with broader drug discovery strategies and research objectives.
• Lead interdisciplinary projects across scientific and technical domains (e.g., physics, chemistry, ML, data science).
• Conduct in-depth statistical and exploratory data analyses to improve pipeline performance and data interpretation.
• Identify and address technical challenges, proposing custom analytical or computational solutions.
