CMB set up a branch that provides commercial banking services in Luxembourg in March 2015 and acts as the gateway and regional headquarter of CMB group in Continental Europe. In May 2021, China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., has the subsidies-China Merchants Bank (Europe) S.A. in Luxembourg.

Responsible:

• Assisting in editing the branch's newsletter and business information.

• Assisting in business information collection and report preparation.

• Assisting in Finance & accounting documents filing and data analysing.

• Assisting in recruiting, interview, and new employee on boarding, training, and appraisement and employee relationship management.

• Assisting in employee management and the HR information system development.

• Assisting in report to Head Office.

• Assisting in reviewing and updating HR & Admin concepts, procedures and policies.

• Assisting in Organizing and developing new and existing HR & Admin services.

• Assisting in establishing the CMB culture event and newsletter.

• Assisting in the daily administration, including meeting management, reception, mail box and other duties concerned.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written); strong command of Chinese is a significant asset.

• Familiar with HR Information Systems, MS Office, and basic IT tools and concepts.

• Able to handle employee queries professionally and with strict confidentiality.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.

• Capable of multitasking and managing priorities effectively.

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
