💼 Job Description

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ User-Centered Design: Create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications

✔ UX Research: Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions

✔ Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes

✔ UI Design: Craft visually stunning interfaces with attention to detail

✔ Design Systems: Build and maintain comprehensive design systems

✔ Collaboration: Work closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders

✔ Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies

🔍 Additional Duties

• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
  
  

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI work (must include case studies)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Experience with prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie, etc.)
• Knowledge of user research methodologies
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS basics)
• Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
