Machine Learning Engineer

As a Senior ML Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models that solve high-impact business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to drive AI initiatives from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Optimise model performance, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning
• Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for production
• Evaluate model accuracy, monitor drift, and implement retraining strategies
• Guide and mentor junior engineers in best practices
• Stay current with state-of-the-art ML tools and frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience (5+ years) developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, data engineering principles, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with MLOps best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience working in highly regulated industries
• Arabic language skills
• Experience with deep learning architectures or NLP solutions
