Manager/Senior Manager - PMO Implementation - APAC

We’re looking for a Manager / Senior Manager – PMO Implementation to lead logistics project implementations across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you’ll manage complex, high-profile projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to align on goals, address risks, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships. This is a highly dynamic, fast-paced role with extensive travel across the region, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys delivering results through teamwork and leadership.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end project implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, two-way communication.
• Coordinate project planning, business scope documentation, approvals, and governance processes.
• Supervise project disciplines and resources, ensuring teams are well-supported and aligned.
• Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with internal teams and customer project teams to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.
• Track, manage, and report on project budgets, timelines, risks, and critical issues.
• Provide clear, honest status updates to senior management and steering committees.
• Facilitate project meetings (internal, customer, steering committees) to drive effective communication and decision-making.
• Support, train, and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure quality planning and robust operating processes are in place and approved internally.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience in a logistics environment, ideally in third-party logistics (3PL).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project governance is an advantage.
• Industrial Engineering/Six Sigma background desirable.
• Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and results-focused.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% across the Asia Pacific region.
